In the spirit of the holidays, this week my inspiration is DIY wreaths. Being a artist I love anything DIY, also the stores have totally let me down with a good wreath selections this year.

I am inspired by Dioramas. There is a party every year called Diorama-o-rama put on by Shannah and all her crazy friends. Last year it was on hiatus but its coming back (end of March 2012).
Happy Halloween! This fall I have been in the spirit. I visited two pumpkins patches and got to see some fantastic pumpkins. My favorites were the ones with warts and wrinkles. We are always looking for new textures to influence our designs and these are the perfect inspiration.
While doing some research for a new project I came across Imogen Luddy's Cross Stitch Table and I was stopped in my tracks. I am totally in love. We have done a number of projects using laser and water cutting but this is amazing. The detail blows my mind and the juxtaposition of the modern and the classic is so stunning.
I love design that makes you look a little closer. Design that is more than what it seems.
