Last Thursday night I had an amazing date night with my boys (Walker, Andrew and oh course BIG TEX). Big Tex is the Texas State Fair Icon and as of Thursday Night had been representing the state fair for 60 years. Friday morning he went up in flames due to an electrical fire. We are so sad about this but I do feel lucky I got one of the last pictures of him! RIP Big Tex.
